Ultra-Trail Snowdonia Eryri by UTMB®: the wild ridges of Wales

In spring, the village of Llanberis hosts the Ultra-Trail Snowdonia Eryri by UTMB®, in the heart of Eryri National Park, North Wales. The courses climb Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon), the country's highest peak, and roam the Glyderau and Carneddau ranges. Rocky arêtes, scree, sodden moorland and glacial lakes make up technical terrain where the weather changes fast and the wind often blows hard.

Several distances, from discovery race to 100-mile ultra, let runners explore these mountains at their own level. A stop on the UTMB® World Series, the event offers races up to 100 miles and is one of the major events among races in Wales.
