Kosciuszko is Australia as few people know it: a land of snow, alpine meadows and silvery eucalyptus trees, far from the beaches and the desert. From Jindabyne or Perisher, runners make their way at their own pace to the village of Thredbo, along smooth trails and beneath breathtaking views, with the chance to climb the country’s highest summit as the highlight. From the Kosci30 to the KosciMiler, four formats allow everyone to find their ideal distance, while the finish in Thredbo gives the race the feel of a small mountain festival. As part of the UTMB World Series, the event awards Running Stones for the UTMB.
