Courmayeur (Vallée d'Aoste, Aosta Valley, Italy)
450 km / 330 km / 130 km / 100 km / 30 km
In September, the Aosta Valley becomes the center of the ultra-trail world. The TOR X brings together several self-sufficient races around Courmayeur, all inspired by the Tor des Géants, the race born in 2010 that circles the valley in a single stage, with no mandatory rest. Runners follow the Alte Vie, the high routes of the Aosta Valley, through mountain huts, passes, glaciers and wild valleys, with the Alps' greatest peaks on the horizon: Mont Blanc, the Matterhorn, Monte Rosa, Gran Paradiso.
From the Tor des Géants to the TOR450 Tor des Glaciers, longer and more remote, by way of the TOR130 Tot Dret, the TOR100 Cervino Monte Bianco and the TOR30 Passage au Malatrà, everyone can choose their own challenge based on their experience. Spanning several days, with runners from all over the world and its volunteers, the TOR X feels less like a race than a collective journey through one of Europe's most beautiful mountain regions.
