A pioneer of mountain races, the 6000D is a legend of French trail running, linking the Tarentaise Valley to the summits of La Plagne. The route starts from Aime and climbs up to the Chiaupe Glacier at over 3,000 metres above sea level, delivering spectacular panoramas of the Alpine giants.
The course features a legendary climb of 69 kilometres for 3,400 metres of elevation gain, punctuated by unusual sections such as the ascent of the bobsleigh track from the Albertville Olympic Games. Between lush alpine pastures, rocky ridgelines and high mountains, the race showcases an impressive diversity of high-altitude terrain. Offered in several formats, from the kidsโ race to the marathon format, the event promises a true Alpine challenge in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
