In Augerolles, in Puy-de-Dôme, the Forez Trails wind through the wooded landscapes of the Livradois-Forez Regional Natural Park. The routes alternate between forest trails, meadows and undulating paths, with the river and the Château de la Faye among the notable landmarks along the course. The atmosphere changes with the miles, from woodland sections to more open stretches overlooking the Livradois-Forez hills.
Several formats offer the chance to discover the area over distances suited to different levels, including a course of more than 50 km. A trail race that above all showcases the diversity of the paths and the discovery of a still-pristine mountain range.
